You’ll Need:

  • 3 cups of uncooked small pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 horseradish sauce
  • 1 t. of onion powder
  • 1&1/2 t. of garlic salt
  • 3/4 t. ground pepper
  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked small shrimp
  • 1 large cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, sliced

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups of uncooked small pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 horseradish sauce
  • 1 t. of onion powder
  • 1&1/2 t. of garlic salt
  • 3/4 t. ground pepper
  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked small shrimp
  • 1 large cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta shells according to the directions on the package
  • While those are cooking, grab a large bowl, and mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper
  • At this point…the sour cream mixture is so delicious, you’ll want to dip some cucumber slices into it
  • When the pasta is finished cooking, drain, and rinse it
  • Add the pasta, and shrimp, cucumber, and celery to the sour cream mixture
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until you are ready to serve

Notes

Store – covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
