Do I need to refrigerate Cheesecake Brownies?

  • You can leave cheesecake brownies covered at room temperature for a couple of days. Any leftovers after that time period can be covered and refrigerated for up to five days.

  • 2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • 2 Whole Large Eggs
  • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese – softened
  • 4 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 1/3 Cup of granulated sugar

  • 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour

Combining cheesecake and brownies into an easy-to-make Marbled Cheesecake Brownie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Fudge Brownie mix
  • 2/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • 2 Whole Large Eggs
  • 8 oz. of Cream Cheese – softened
  • 4 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 1/3 Cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl – mix the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs
  • Pour the brownie mixture into a prepared (greased) pan
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, sugar, egg, flour, and vanilla
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto the brownie mixture
  • Using a toothpick, create beautiful patterns on the top of the brownies
  • Pull the toothpick back and forth in a Z pattern
  • Turn the dish, and repeat the Z pattern going the opposite way
  • Bake for about 30 minutes
  • Cool, and cut into bars

Notes

  • Store in an Airtight Container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
