Love Strawberry Pretzel Salad! Perfect for holidays and summer picnics

Oh yum! I grew up with this dessert as a staple in my mom’s kitchen. Now, it’s my turn to surprise everyone with this delicious dessert! It’s just as good as I remember it! And, the family still dives in for seconds and thirds! But, why is it called a salad? Anyone know? Here’s the recipe for Strawberry Pretzel Salad:

  • 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 6 oz. of strawberry jello (2 small packages)
  • 2 cups of boiling water

  • Pull the 9×13 pan out and pour the chilled strawberry jello mixture over the cream cheese spread
