When we were kids, my sister and I used to fight over the last bite of this tasty casserole! With cream of mushroom soup, cashews, and bean sprouts, it’s really simply put – darn good!

Ingredients
  1. 3 T of butter
  2. 1 - 2 oz. can of mushrooms - drained
  3. 1/4 cup of green onions
  4. 1 can of bean sprouts - drained
  5. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 cup of milk
  7. 1 cup of cooked and diced chicken
  8. 1/2 cup of cashews
  9. 1/8 t of ground pepper
  10. 2 cups of chow mein noodles
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat
  3. Add mushrooms, onions, & bean sprouts for about 5 min. or until tender
  4. In a large bowl, mix the soup, milk, chicken, cashews, pepper, and 1 cup of the chow mein noodles
  5. Add the cooked mushrooms, onions and sprouts
  6. Pour everything into a large casserole dish
  7. Sprinkle the remaining chow mein noodles on top
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
