Fresh Sauteed Corn Recipe

Yippee! It’s Summer! 🙂 I don’t know about you, but I get excited when I see the season’s first bin of sweet corn. I buy tons of it. It’s always a good deal, and the kids love it. At least, I always think they’ll love it. But, somehow, there is always one or two cobs left after dinner. I used to throw them out until my dad introduced me to this tasty side dish. Actually, I think I could eat a whole plate of this, and make it my main course. It’s so delicious and so simple.
