No Bake Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake

This No Bake Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake is the perfect combination of cheesecake and pumpkin pie spice. A quick and delicious dessert. It’s a great recipe for fall and Thanksgiving.

– gingersnap cookies – butter  – cream cheese  – milk  – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – frozen whipped topping – vanilla pudding – ground cinnamon – pumpkin pie spice – pumpkin 

Ingredients

– In a blender – blend cookies  – Mix blended cookies with melted butter – Spread into a serving dish

– Using a mixer, mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla – Fold in 8 oz. of whipped cream – Spread over crust layer

– In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding, spices, milk and pumpkin – Spread over cream cheese layer

– Spread whipped topping over the pumpkin layer – Refrigerate and serve with optional pumpkin spice sprinkled on top
