Warm Artichoke Dip with Cream Cheese and Parmesan

An easy baked warm artichoke dip with cream cheese recipe. Made with both Parmesan and Cream cheese. This makes the perfect dip for holidays and parties. www.kidfriendlythingstodo.com

Ingredients

  • 1 small can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 14 oz. artichoke hearts (drained )
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 & /12 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided )
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. Chop the artichoke hearts 
  3. Reserve about 1/4 of the Parmesan, Dump everything else together in a big bowl, and mix
  4. Pour everything out, into a greased 9×9 – or similar – baking dish and sprinkle the extra Parmesan on top
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese on top is getting a little golden
  6. Serve with crackers or cold vegetables 🙂 Enjoy – Happy Holidays!
