An easy baked warm artichoke dip with cream cheese recipe. Made with both Parmesan and Cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can mushrooms sliced
  • 1 14 oz. artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1&1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded – divided
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  • Chop the artichoke hearts 
  • Reserve about 1/4 of the Parmesan, Dump everything else together in a big bowl, and mix
  • Pour everything out, into a greased 9×9 – or similar – baking dish and sprinkle the extra Parmesan on top
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese on top is getting a little golden
  • Serve with crackers or cold vegetables 🙂 Enjoy – Happy Holidays!
