This is one of those old church potluck recipes. I remember these being at almost every function and holiday. Thank goodness, they are pretty tasty and really simple to make. I made these in a super big hurry for…you guess it, a church function! Come on in, and I’ll share the recipe with you:
These are so simple, y’all. They are so tasty, too. I wish I had a few left over to pop in my mouth, right now.
Here’s the recipe for ya:
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese - softened
- 1 package of dry ranch salad dressing
- 4 12 inch flour torillas
- 2 green onions sliced
- Sweet peppers - chopped
- 1 can of black olives drained and sliced
Instructions
- Mix the first 3 ingredients
- Spread the mixture onto the tortilla shells
- Add the peppers and olives
- Roll the tortilla wraps tightly
- Cover and refrigerate
- Chill for at least 30 minutes
- Cut into 1 inch slices and serve
