This is one of those old church potluck recipes. I remember these being at almost every function and holiday. Thank goodness, they are pretty tasty and really simple to make. I made these in a super big hurry for…you guess it, a church function! Come on in, and I’ll share the recipe with you:

Vegetable and Ranch Pinwheel

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese - softened
  • 1 package of dry ranch salad dressing
  • 4 12 inch flour torillas
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Sweet peppers - chopped
  • 1 can of black olives drained and sliced

Instructions

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients
  • Spread the mixture onto the tortilla shells
  • Add the peppers and olives
  • Roll the tortilla wraps tightly
  • Cover and refrigerate
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes
  • Cut into 1 inch slices and serve
