Flat Bread Appetizer

A delicious light meal or hearty appetizer




  1. Pour the olive oil into a skillet, set over med/high heat
  2. Add the asparagus and continue to cook turning over occasionally until the onion has turned translucent and browned
  3. Lightly salt the vegetables
  4. When those are cooked, turn the heat off and set aside
  5. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the ground pepper, mustard, garlic, cheeses and mayonnaise
  6. Stir together, and spread over the pizza crust
  7. Add the cooked vegetables
  8. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
  9. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
