Equipment

  • wax paper
  • glass microwave proof bowl
  • silicone spatula

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. white chocolate meltsĀ 
  • 12 oz. regular sized marshmallows
  • 12 peppermint sticks soft
  • Ā½ cup sugar sprinkles white

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate melts in a glass, microwave safe bowl
  • *I like to melt them for 1 minute, stir. If the chocolate is not smooth yet –  pop them in for 30 more seconds – stir until smooth
  • Set out a sheet of wax paper on your work surface
  • If the peppermint sticks are too long like mine were, use a knife in a sawing motion to trim the peppermint sticks

  • *I was able to cut mine in half to make 2 (2 inch) pieces 
  • Push the sticks into the center of the marshmallows

  • Use the stick as your handle and dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, roll to coat – if needed
  • Place the chocolate covered marshmallows on the wax paper
  • Sprinkle immediately with sugar sprinkles
  • Dip a toothpick into the melted chocolate and dab the chocolate onto the top of the peppermint stick
  • Add the red M&M to the top of the peppermint stick
