  • 1 foil cake pan inserted into the slow cooker
  • 8 apples that have been cored, peeled and sliced up
  • 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. of unsalted butter – melted
  • 2 cups of your favorite granola

Serving Suggestions…

  • Serve with more granola
  • Heavy cream (the best) Half and Half, milk,  or yogurt
  • walnuts or any other type of nut

  1. Pour the granola into the bottom of the foil pan
  2. Mix the apples and lemon juice
  3. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter  to the apples – mix in
  4. Pour apples over the granola
  5. cook with the lid on and the temperature on high for 2-4 hours
  6. Take the lid off and fold the granola from the bottom of the pan into the apples
  7. Serve in bowls topped with heavy cream, yogurt, or milk plus more granola (if you want a crunch) and walnuts

If you want a bread-like texture from your granola, pour 1-2 cups of apple juice into the pan. It will fluff the granola up quite nicely into a bread pudding-like texture.

Adjusting the time period to cook longer – you can cook on low for 6-8 hours
