Three Ingredient White Queso Dip

Queso Verde Cheese Dip


  • 8 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1 jar of Green Salsa Verde (16 oz.)
  • 1 cup of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • 4 oz. of green chilies – drained
  • 1/2 cup of half and half


  1. Place everything into a sauce pan over medium heat or into a slow cooker on low heat, and warm until cheeses blend together
  2. Mix well
  3. Serve with tortilla chips


Slow Cooker Method:

  • cook on low for 2-3 hours

Best when served immediately.

If dip thickens up too much, reheat and add more half & half to thin it out, again
