1/3 cup of chopped onion
1 tsp. of olive oil
1 jar (6.7 oz.) of prepared basil pesto
1 package – 8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over medium/high heat saute the onion in the olive oil until tender
Stir in the pesto, and cream cheese
Stirring often, continue to cook until the mixture is smooth
Stir in the whipping cream, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Fold in the crumbled feta cheese
Let cool slightly, and stir again to mix in any oils that may have risen to the surface
