Leftover Roast Beef Chili

– olive oil – onion  – garlic powder – tomatoes – Left over pot roast –  black beans

– light red kidney beans  – mild chili beans  – chili powder – water – salt – ground pepper  – Optional: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and Sour Cream, Chives


1. Heat oil in a large saucepan 2. Add the onions, and cook 3. Stir in the garlic, and cook 4. Add the tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, chili beans, chili powder, and water

5. Add the roast 6. Bring to a boil 7. Simmer with the lid on 8. Add the salt and pepper 9. Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, and sour cream
