Red Velvet Turtle Brownies

A moist red velvet turtle brownie with oozing caramel makes this a delicious twist on a classic brownie recipe. A delicious treat or fun dessert for family and friends.

– Red Velvet Cake Mix  – butter  – evaporated milk  – chocolate chips – caramel bits – pecans


– In a large bowl, mix the entire box of cake mix, plus the softened butter and the milk – Grease a baking pan and pour about 1/2 of the Red Velvet mixture into the pan – Bake

– While that is baking, grab a saucepan and add the 1/3 cup of milk and the caramels. Stir often while the caramels melt, then when the caramel is all mixed into the milk and smooth, remove from heat – Pull the cake out of the oven

– To the warm cake add the caramel mixture, chocolate chips, and pecans – Spread the remaining cake mix over everything – Bake – Serve with ice cream and more caramel
