Smothered Chicken Burrito

A delicious baked chicken burrito filled with rice, beans, chicken, cheese, and avocado. Smothered in three easy-to-make sauces. Bursting with flavor, this Mexican meal will be a huge hit at dinner.

– Box of Rice and Beans  – pinto beans  – scallions  – olive oil – minced garlic – tomato sauce – rotisserie chicken  – avocados – mexican blend cheese  – salsa verde – Mayonnaise – sour cream – lime juice – milk  – cilantro – flour tortillas


– Cook the rice  – Add the pinto beans to heat through – Add scallions and mix in – In a large skillet, add the olive oil – Cook the garlic in the oil until it is fragrant

– Add the tomato sauce and the cubed chicken breast – Cook  – Remove the chicken from the sauce and place it in a bowl. Add the red sauce to the chicken and shred it. – Grab a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and dampen it with a little water. Place the tortillas in the damp towel and microwave them

Fold burritos

Place seam side down on baking sheet and bake and smother withe 3 sauces
