Using a large bowl, completely dissolve the yeast in the water
In a separate, smaller bowl, mix the milk and pudding together for 1 minute and let stand for one more minute, or until it has thickened up
Now, add the egg, melted butter, salt, and 2 cups of the flour
Mix all of that together until it's smooth, then add more of the flour until it's a soft dough
Using a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is nice and smooth
Grease a large bowl - I dipped a paper towel in some butter and rubbed it around the bowl
Place the dough into the bowl, and flip it around so the top has grease on it
Let that rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour - or until it has doubled
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together
Place a piece of wax paper on a rolling surface, and spread a little flour out
Punch the dough down, and place it onto the floured surface
Spread the dough out and sprinkle some more flour on top
Place another sheet of wax paper on top of that
Roll the dough between the wax papers until it's about 9"x12"
Pull the top sheet of wax paper off
Spread the 1/4 cup of melted butter over the dough
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top
Roll the dough up like a jelly roll - starting on a long side
Pinch ends together
Cut the roll into 12 slices
Place the sliced pieces into a greased 9x13in. pan
Cover and let rise for another 45 minutes - more waiting
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bake for about 20-25 minutes
Mix all of the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl
Spread over the warm rolls
