Barbecue Cowboy Baked Beans

Materials

  • ½ lb. sirloin ground beef
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 - 53 oz. pinto beans
  • ½ lb. of bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Using a skillet over med/high heat cook the onion and beef together for about 5 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and onion is tender
  • Drain the beef
  • In a medium casserole dish, add the beef and onion mixture
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well
  • Bake for about 45 minutes
