Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Using a skillet over med/high heat cook the onion and beef together for about 5 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and onion is tender
Drain the beef
In a medium casserole dish, add the beef and onion mixture
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Bake for about 45 minutes
