KFC Coleslaw Recipe - Copycat

- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sugar granulated
- ¼ cup milk 2% or whole
- 1&1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper ground black pepper
- 1 large cabbage head - finely chopped
- ½ cup baby carrots - finely chopped
- 1 small Sweet Vidalia onion - finely chopped
Make your dressing by mixing the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, salt, and pepper
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, carrots and onions
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables
Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer it soaks in the juices the better! :)
- The coleslaw should keep well, covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week
