Frozen Banana Popsicles

- 6 bananas
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- toppings such as M&Ms, and walnuts
pour all of the chocolate chips in the bowl and melt them
I microwaved the chocolate chips for 1 minute
peel and cut bananas in half
place a popsicle stick into the center of the cut bananas
dip them into the melted chocolate and thouroughly coat them with chocolate
place the chocolate covered bananas onto wax paper to set up and dry
*if the chocolate is having a tough time adhearing to the banana, use the silicone spatula to spread chocolate onto the banana before placing it onto the wax paper
while the chocolate is still warm, add the toppings
take the bananas to the freezer and let bananas freeze for 2-3 hours
Storing - take the bananas out and wrap them in wax paper. Place the frozen bananas into a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
