  • 6 cups milk 2% or whole
  • 1 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips can substitute semi-sweet
  • 16 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour everything into your slow cooker
  • Mix

  • Set to low and stir occasionally for 2 hours
