Rudolph Christmas Bark
Easy to make and so festive. Christmas bark is the perfect snack to enjoy or give away.

First Layer
- 4 cups pretzels
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter 1 whole stick
Second Layer
- 12 oz. Chocolate melts - Almond bark or chocolate melts
- 30 tiny pretzel twists approximate
- 24 candy eyes approximate
- 15 red M&Ms approximate
- 3 oz. star sprinkles approximate
chop pretzels in a blender or place them in a bag and crush them
In a mixing bowl, add sugar and butter - mix well
Spread on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Let the crust cool
Melt chocolate
Spread melted chocolate onto the baked crust
Break tiny pretzel twists into antler shapes
add eyes, pretzel antlers, and red candy to the melted chocolate in the shape of Rudolph's face (making several throughout the pan)
sprinkle stars throughout
let dry and harden
break into chunks
I don't love Almond Bark for this recipe because it tends to stay soft. Chocolate melts harden a little better in my opinion. But, it's completely your call. Both will work
