Materials
12-in. Styrofoam ball- found in craft sections of stores ( about 8 per bag)
1 tissue paper - I used white to represent white frosting, but you can use a different color
1cupcake wrapper - I like to use a stiff paper wrapper
1Glue - a tacky glue that dries clear Pom-Poms - Red & Hot Pink to represent the cherries
12 Beads - ( For sprinkles) - Assorted colors look just like rainbow sprinkles, but you can customize this with your favorite colors I used tube beads. Link in post
Instructions
Cut an 8x4-inch piece of tissue paper.
Wrap the styrofoam ball with the tissue paper. The paper will be taller than the ball
Twist the top of the paper so that it crinkles up and comes to a point
