– Frosted cupcakes in fancy foil cupcake liners  – Marshmallows – Water – Sugar Crystals

Ingredients

-- Place toothpicks into marshmallows -- Dip half of the marshmallow into the bowl of water

-- Pour some sugar crystals into a small bowl -- Immediately roll the wet part into a bowl of pink sugar crystals

-- Push the toothpick through the center of an upside-down mini cupcake wrapper -- Place the end of the toothpick into the cupcake
