Creamy Cornbread Casserole  {Using Jiffy} 

-eggs -sour cream -drained can of sweet corn   -unsalted butter - melted 

-Jiffy cornbread -can of creamed style corn 

Mix all of the ingredients - except for the corn 

Fold in the corn & pour into a 2 qt. greased casserole dish 

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes 

 A great side to soup, chicken, ribs, vegetables, and with holiday meals
