Creamy Potato Soup

This creamy potato soup is a quick and easy recipe for busy nights. This is the perfect comfort food for the cool fall weather. Enjoy this potato soup with your family by the fireplace.

– potatoes  – butter –  onion  – sweet corn kernels – cream-style corn – Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup – milk  – salt – ground pepper – Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Chopped Chives, crackers, and/or bread


– Boil the potatoes in water until somewhat tender and drain – Place butter in a large soup pot over medium heat to melt – Add the onion and cook

– Add the potato soup to the tender onions and mix them together – Add the drained corn, cream-style corn, tender, milk, and seasonings – mix well – Fold in drained potatoes – Bring the soup to a boil

– Add the lid, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally  – Set out a bowl of shredded cheese to serve with the soup – Serve with your favorite crackers or bread
