Pineapple Upside Down Cake in a Foil Packet

This delicious and easy Pineapple Upside-down Cake in a foil packet is made with a little twist. An easy to make treat in 5 minutes.

– round sponge cakes  – pineapple slices  – butter – brown sugar  – maraschino cherries


– grab a foil sheet and place a sponge cake in the center of it – spread butter onto the sponge cake – pour brown sugar over the butter

– place a pineapple ring on top – pour pineapple juice inside the center of the pineapple slice , over the brown sugar – place a cherry in the center of the ring – wrap the foil up and around the cake

– place the foil packets on the grill – upside down, over the heat, close the lid and cook  – remove foil packs and open them – enjoy with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or just by itself
