Maple & Orange Glazed Ham

This spiced Maple and Orange Glazed Ham is perfect for the holidays. The orange marmalade and maple syrup are the perfect complements to any ham dish.

Ingredients 

– Fully Cooked Bone-In Ham  – orange marmalade – maple syrup – orange juice – Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Directions 

– Preheat your oven to 325 degrees – Place the ham, so the sliced portion is facing down with all of the skin exposed for glazing, in a roasting pan – Cover it, and bake using your guide on the packaging

Directions 

– Over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients for the glaze – marmalade, syrup, juice, and hot sauce – Heat until everything is well blended and smooth

– Pour about 1 cup of the glaze into a bowl for glazing your ham, and keep the rest in the saucepan for now

– Return the ham to the oven, uncovered, and continue to bake for about 15 minutes – occasionally adding more glaze

– Bring the preserves to a boil. Cook stirring constantly for about 1 minute

– Serve your ham with the spiced sauce
