This Jalapeno and Cheddar Cornbread Using Jiffy as a shortcut is a delicious and moist cornbread that is always a family favorite.

You'll Need: -Jiffy Cornbread mix -shredded cheddar cheese -chopped jalapeno -canned sweet corn (drained) -melted butter -egg -milk

Simply mix everything into one large mixing bowl

pour batter into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 - or similar volume baking dish

Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes

Bread will be very moist

A great side for any Mexican dish or soup.
