Minnie Mouse Cupcakes

How to make Minnie Mouse Cupcakes using Sculpting Frosting. These Minnie Mouse Cupcake Toppers are perfect for your next Disney party.

– Frosted cupcakes  – unsalted butter – heavy cream – vanilla extract – powdered sugar – gel food coloring

Ingredients

– Using an electric mixer or a stand mixer add the butter and cream – Mix until smooth – Add in vanilla and mix – Adding one cup at a time so the frosting dough does become too dry.

– Use gel food coloring to color most of the fondant red and some black – Grab a sheet of wax paper and a small amount of the red fondant. – Stretch a piece of fondant into an oblong shape and place it down on the wax paper

– Take another sheet of wax paper and place it over the oblong red fondant. – Use a rolling pin to flatten the piece into a rectangular shape  – Fold each end of the rectangle into the center so they meet in the middle. – Pinch the center to give it the bow look

– Use a small strip of fondant to wrap around the center meeting in the back of the bow – Place each bow onto the center of a frosted cupcake

– Roll up a small ball of black fondant and set it on a clean sheet of wax paper – Top the balls with another clean wax paper and push it down.  – Take the ears and place them in the back of the bow
