Mom's Recipe for Round Steak

Tender and delicious Round Steak that's a great meal for any night of the week.

Here's what you'll need:

Coat steak with all-purpose flour that has been seasoned with salt & pepper

Brown steaks in butter. Put steaks into a baking dish and cook mushrooms in the leftover butter

Once everything has been placed into your baking dish, add water, onion soup mix and remaining salt & pepper

Cover in foil and bake for 90 minutes or until tender

Serve with mushrooms and juices from pan
