Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

ground beef plain bread crumbs salt ground pepper garlic powder onion powder mustard powder Worcestershire sauce onion  mushrooms  beef broth cold water cornstarch

Instructions

1. Mix beef, bread crumbs, spices, egg, and Worcestershire sauce 2. shape into 4 patties 3. In a large skillet, cook patties  4. Drain

5. Add onion, mushrooms, and broth to the meat 6. Boil 7. Simmer 8. Add water mixed with cornstarch and cook
