Salisbury Steak 

 This recipe for Salisbury Steak is full of flavor, tender, and easy to make. Complete with a delicious mushroom and onion gravy, this recipe is perfect for family dinners.

You'll Need:

-ground beef -plain bread crumbs -salt -ground pepper -garlic powder -onion powder -mustard powder -Worcestershire sauce -large onion sliced -can of sliced mushrooms  -beef broth -cold water -cornstarch

-Mix beef, bread crumbs, spices, egg, and Worcestershire sauce -shape into 4 patties

-In a large skillet, cook patties on medium heat – (about 5 minutes on each side) -Drain – if necessary

-Add onion, mushrooms, and broth to the meat -Heat to boiling -Reduce heat to simmer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes -Add water mixed with cornstarch and cook until the gravy thickens

Serve with mashed potatoes
