Ingredients

– lemon juice – olive oil  – Zatarain's Blackened Seasoning – ground black pepper – sour cream – shrimp – lettuce – Tortilla Shells – cucumber – red onion  – cilantro leaves

Instructions

– In a medium-sized bowl, toss the shrimp in the blackened seasoning – Whisk the dressing ingredients – In a large skillet, add the rest of the olive oil – Place the shrimp in the skillet, and stir them while they cook – Prepare the tortilla shells  – Serve with leftover dressing
