Soft Lemon Cookies

These Soft Lemon Cookies will be the perfect complement to a nice, cold glass of iced tea or a cold glass of milk. Sweet, tart, and perfectly delicious. The perfect refreshing summer cookie.

– butter  – granulated sugar – applesauce – eggs – flour – Lemonade Drink Mix – baking soda

Ingredients

– In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together – Add applesauce and eggs

– In a separate bowl, combine the flour, lemonade powder, and baking soda – Mix the dry ingredients into  the wet mixture – Either use a cookie scoop or roll the dough  and place it onto baking sheets that have been lined with parchment paper

– Bake  – Transfer to a wire rack – While the cookies are still warm, brush the cookies with your Lemonade and sprinkle with sugar
