A delicious and easy salsa to make. A great side to Mexican meals

Materials

  • 2 large Tomatoes - chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup cilantro Fresh
  • medium Red Onion chopped
  • 1 15 oz. Black Beans - rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz. sweet corn - rinsed and drained

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients, making sure to stir enough to distribute the salt and cilantro.
  • That's it!
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips - my favorite chips for this are the whole grain tortilla chips
