re-fried beans

- or mixture with Monterey and Colby
Topping Ideas

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large skillet, cook the ground sirloin
Drain
Add the taco seasoning packet and 3/4 cup of water - mix in
Cook down for a few minutes until most of the moisture is evaporated
Add the refried beans and mix in
Continue to cook for another minute
In a cast iron skillet, or baking sheet
Spread chips
Spread beef mixture over the chips
Add cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted
Sprinkle topping over the warm nachos and serve immediately
