Pour the white and brown chocolate into 2 different bowls
Melt according to package directions
*I like to microwave the chocolate melts for about 1 minute, stir and then microwave for 30 more seconds
Rinse strawberries and then use a paper towel to dry them completely
Set out wax paper
Holding the stem...Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, and turn them around to coat them
Hold them over the chocolate for a few seconds to allow the excess chocolate to drip off
Place them onto wax paper to dry
Repeat until all of your strawberries are covered in white or brown chocolate - I like to keep it even, half brown and half white
Reserve some chocolate for decorating
Reheat the white chocolate for about 30 seconds and stir until smooth
Pour the smooth chocolate into a squeeze tube
Decorate the strawberries covered in brown chocolate by going back and forth in even lines over the strawberries with your white chocolate
*I like to start on the wax paper, just beside the strawberry, and loop the chocolate back and forth without ever lifting the squeeze bottle up until finished
Now, heat the brown chocolate and decorate the white strawberries with lines
Let them dry
