- 32 oz. Bow Tie pasta
- 2 cups Greek vinaigrette
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium red onion chopped fine
- 1 9 oz. Kalamata Olives sliced
- 16 oz. sweet cherry peppers
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 6 oz. Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
Cook the pasta, drain, rinse, and let cool
In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix together
Add the cooled pasta, toss to coat
Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve
Storage - cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Leftovers are delicious.
