Materials

  • 1 lb. Cherry Tomatoes - Halved
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro - minced
  • ¼ cup spanish olives sliced
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. capers

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Serve over your grilled fish, chicken, Brushetta, fish tacos, or hot dogs! Enjoy!
