Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Or, until the onions become translucent and tender
Add the ketchup, Coke, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard
Crumble a bay leaf in your hands and add that to the sauce. Finally, add the pepper
Let the sauce come to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for about an hour - stirring occasionally
Let the sauce cool down, and transfer it to a blender or food processor
Grind the sauce so the bits of onion, garlic, and bay leaf is super fine
Transfer the sauce into jars for storing and pouring
