Orange Sesame Baked Chicken

soy sauce

of orange juice

and skinless chicken breasts

of all-purpose flour

of sesame seeds

Large zip-lock bag

of unsalted butter

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Using a shallow dish that will fit all of your chicken breasts, add the soy sauce and orange juice
Coat your chicken breasts on both sides, and set aside, leaving the chicken to soak up some more juices
Combine the flour, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper into a large zip-tight bag
Use tongs to pick the chicken up
Shake off excess sauce
Place chicken breasts in bag and shake to coat
Arrange chicken in a 9x9" baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray
Place dabs of butter over the chicken breasts
Bake for 40 minutes or until juices in chicken breasts run clear
Best when served over fried rice
