Ham and Noodle Casserole

Delicious and easy to make ham and noodle casserole that is perfect for leftover ham

Materials

  • 1 16 oz. Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 6 oz can of sliced mushrooms - drained
  • ½ cup milk 2% or whole
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Boil the noodles, and drain them
  • Mix the soup, milk, and mushrooms together in the bottom of a 1.5 quart pan (9x9) would be perfect for this
  • Gently fold in the noodles and ham
  • Sprinkle the top with cheese
  • Bake for 30 minutes

  • Tips and Tricks:

    • Don't love mushrooms? No worries, substitute a different cream of something soup
    • If you want this noodle casserole to be super creamy, then add about 1/2 cup of sour cream to the milk, soup, and sour cream
    • Add frozen vegetables for more texture and flavor
    • You can never have enough cheese, so mix some into the soup mixture to spread cheese inside and outside the casserole
