Ham and Noodle Casserole
Delicious and easy to make ham and noodle casserole that is perfect for leftover ham

- 1 16 oz. Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 6 oz can of sliced mushrooms - drained
- ½ cup milk 2% or whole
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Boil the noodles, and drain them
Mix the soup, milk, and mushrooms together in the bottom of a 1.5 quart pan (9x9) would be perfect for this
Gently fold in the noodles and ham
Sprinkle the top with cheese
Bake for 30 minutes

- Don't love mushrooms? No worries, substitute a different cream of something soup

- If you want this noodle casserole to be super creamy, then add about 1/2 cup of sour cream to the milk, soup, and sour cream
