In a large bowl, add the salt and cornmeal, mix well
Cut in the butter until the flour balls is coarse
Add water until it turns into a dough
Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 9 inch circle, and place into a pie plate
Prick the bottom with a fork
Bake the crust at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Reduce the oven to 400 degrees
In a medium bowl, mix the beans, chilies, and sauce
Spread onto the bottom of the crust
Place sliced tomatoes around the outside of the pie
Arrange onions next in a circle next to the tomatoes
In a small bowl, mash the avocado, sour cream and lemon juice
Spread that around the middle of the pie
Add cheese and green pepper
Bake 15 minutes
