Instructions
Place the roast into the slow cooker
Add the liquids and seasonings
Place the lid onto the slow cooker and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours or until tender beef pulls apart
Use tongs or a fork to pull the beef apart
Strain broth for dipping
Place shredded beef on rolls - add sliced cheese to beef
Serve with dipping broth
