Follow the direction on the frozen bread dough package to thaw the dough, allowing it to rise in greased bowls
When the dough has thawed and risen, punch it down
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a couple of minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Divide the dough by pulling off sections, and rolling them into balls
Place the dough balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet - placing dough balls a couple of inches apart
Flatten them into the shape of a disk
Take kitchen scissors, and cut slits all around the disks, about 1/2 inch apart
Mix egg white and water
Brush each roll with the egg white mixture
Place a long slivered almond in the top center of the pumpkin disk
Put rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake for about 15 minutes
