Materials

  • .5 liter Pina Colada Drink Mix
  • 32 oz. Cran-Pineapple Drink
  • .5 gallon Blue Hawaiian Punch Drink
  • Ice  enough to fill each glass

Instructions

  • Fill the glass with ice so that is packed in completely
  • If using a straw, add it now before pouring the drink
  • Pour the first layer (Pina Colada) - the one with the most grams of sugar about 1/3 of the way
  • Let it settle
  • Directing the second drink (Cran-Pineapple) onto a cube of ice, pour another layer (this should be the drink with the medium amount of grams of sugar)
  • Finally, adding more ice if necessary add the last layer - the blue Hawaiian Punch

Notes

The Formula:
Substitute any drink within your grocery drink aisle, just be sure to look at the sugar content. You'll want 3 drinks with different sugar content and the amount should at least be 10 grams of sugar apart. The heaviest amount of sugar will be the bottom layer and the least amount will be the top
