- ½ cup Popcorn Kernals
- ¼ cup Canola Oil
- Salt to taste
Pour oil into a large heavy bottom pan
Warm the oil over medium-high heat
Place a few kernels into the oil - when they pop, the oil is ready
Remove the popped kernels and add the 1/2 cup of kernels to the heated oil
Cover the pot
When the kernels are popping quickly, shake the pot to stir the kernels
Once the kernels have slowed, remove the pot from the heat
Keep the lid on until the kernels have finished
Salt the popcorn
Let the popcorn cool down
Stuff each glove full of popcorn
tie the top with a twist tie
If you want, add a yarn or ribbon bow
turn upside down and make a ghostly face with the black Sharpie
- You can make the ghost faces before you stuff the gloves. Just let the marker dry before you handle the gloves
