Equipment

  • spreading utensil for frosting
  • kitchen scissors
  • Baking Sheet
  • parchment paper

Materials

  • 16 oz. Refrigerated Cookie Dough 24 cookies
  • 16 oz. blue frosting - I used Pillsbury Funfetti Aqua Blue
  • 18 oz. Rainbow Sweet Tarts Ropes
  • 10 oz. Miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  • Bake sugar cookies and cool completely
  • Spread frosting on each cookie
  • Cut the ropes in half
  • Bend the rope half to form a rainbow and place it on the cookie (leaving room on the outside edge for a marshmallow)
  • Add 3 marshmallows around the ends of the rope to represent clouds

Notes

Storing your cookies:
  • You can make the sugar cookies up to 3 days in advance but do not decorate until the day of the party
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature
