- 2 tsp. paprika Smoked Paprika - if you can find it
- 4 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne - here's the kick! adjust this to your liking
- ¾ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
Just mix everything in a bowl with a whisk or shake it in a closed jar
To use, shake on your meat and grill
Store covered in cupboard at room temperature
