Materials

  • 2 tsp. paprika Smoked Paprika - if you can find it
  • 4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. cayenne - here's the kick! adjust this to your liking
  • ¾ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  • Just mix everything in a bowl with a whisk or shake it in a closed jar
  • To use, shake on your meat and grill
